My commitment to teaching Black history extends far beyond the social media platforms where so many first discovered my work. Whether I'm delivering a keynote, guest-starring on podcasts and/or radio shows, joining a conference panel, speaking at a university, or leading a class in a neighborhood community center, my mission remains the same: to uncover the stories that history tried to bury. I'm here to pull back the luxurious-looking rug, expose the rotten wood underneath, and challenge audiences to see the past and the present with fresh eyes.
